Lori Caldwell-Carr is a family law attorney working with clients to come up with creative ways to accomplish their goals.  Lori asks the right questions and compassionately listens to the answers in order to produce the best result for her clients.  Lori founded InFocus Family Law Firm to serve clients who are interested in transitioning relationships as opposed to destroying them.

One of the newest options for accomplishing this goal is through her alternative dispute resolution training as a Collaborative lawyer. Collaborative Law allows both parties to have their own legal advocates advise them and protect their rights without the necessity of going to court.  Couples are encouraged to work together with a team of professionals that include their respective counsel, a mental health specialist and financial adviser, to chart a personalized course for the benefit and future of their family.

Lori is passionate about family law and has actively immersed herself in the family law community on every level:

She received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Journalism with an emphasis on Public Relations from the University of Florida and earned her Juris Doctor Degree from Barry University School of Law.  Lori continually pursues legal education and is committed to keeping current on changes in family law and new options available to best serve the needs of her clients.

When not working, she enjoys cooking, gardening, walking, yoga, going to the beach and, most of all, spending time with her family.
